In an interview with British Vogue, the 51-year-old supermodel confessed that her nine-month-old daughter is not adopted, contrary to popular belief due to her young age.
“She is not an adoptive kid; she is my child.”
Campbell kept her baby’s name a secret and claimed that just a few people knew she was expecting a child. Later in the interview, she described her daughter as the “greatest gift” and “best thing” she has ever done. Campbell also stated in the interview that she still enjoys modeling but has become “nerve-wracking” as she gets older.
“Because I’m 51 years old and I’m strolling with 18-year-old females!” It’s fantastic to be among these young ‘uns my age, but during one of the gigs, I was like, “Come on, gals! Get your feet up! “Why are you moving so slowly?”
Campbell’s pregnancy rumors arose after her appearance at New York Fashion Week in 2021, when she walked the catwalk without a prominent baby bulge. She revealed the birth of her daughter weeks after the program. Campbell came to Instagram in May 2021 to announce the birth of her baby. She called her kid a “wonderful little gift” and claimed she was “proud” to be a mother in a now-deleted post.
