The Sons of Anarchy actor and his producer wife, Aunjanue Elizabeth Flanagan, welcomed their first and only child, Aunjanue Elizabeth Flanagan, in 2012. Though the actor frequently portrays tough guys in films and television series, he revealed to the Daily Record that he is a family man. He also extolled the virtues of his daughter, declaring, “Aunjanue is so adorable… I believe I am a hermit; I spend my time with my wife and child. “
According to his accounts, the family lifestyle was quite different from what he experienced while filming Sons of Anarchy or any other show. He stated that he preferred the quiet life with his wife and daughter to the hectic Hollywood lifestyle.

Flanagan was previously married twice before marrying Dina. In May 1998, he married Rachel Flanagan for the first time. Rachel’s credits include Marty, A Distant Shore, The Aviatrix, The Midwife’s Husband, and Booth. Additionally, she starred in The Iron Orchard and Pegasus: Pony with a Broken Wing. In June 2001, Flanagan and Rachel divorced. He remained unmarried for the next six years following his divorce. He married Jane Ford on December 23, 2007. Their relationship lasted approximately three years, ending on June 10, 2010. Flanagan married Dina less than two months after his marriage to Ford ended. It is unknown when he and Dina met, but they were already dating prior to the finalization of his divorce from Ford. In a March 2010 interview with the Daily Record, he revealed that he found happiness with a woman who was also a film producer.
